Description

HERO CHARIOT CRANKS 

The Hero Chariot Cranks are engineered specifically for BMX, utilizing the Cinch DM interface. This design securely locks the chainring directly to the crank arm, creating a light, efficient, and quick-change drive assembly with professional-level strength. Both the cranks and included chainrings are beautifully CNC-machined from a purpose-driven mix of aluminum. The arms are available in lengths ranging from 165mm to 180mm, and chainrings come in a variety of sizes from 37T to 49T. This system is compatible with any 30mm bottom bracket.

Materials –
• Arms are machined from 7075 T-6 aluminum
• Spindle is machined from 7050 T-6 aluminum

Bottom Bracket Interface –
• 30mm spindle works with an BB30 bottom bracket
• Spacing between arms is 90mm
• Spacers are required when using a BB thinner than 90mm
• Arms can be spaced out to fit boost MTB

Pedal Interface –
• 9/16” pedal threads
• 7075 T-6 aluminum doesn’t require steel washers

Sprocket Interface –
• Requires Cinch standard chainrings/spiders
• Designed for 3mm offset chainrings/spiders
• Can be spaced for use with other offsets

Hardware –
• Pinch bolts are stainless M8x25-P1.25 using an 6mm Allen
• End Bolts use a T-30 Torx to prevent stripping

The arms are available from 165-180mm and the chainrings are available in a full range of sizes from 39t-49t. The system works with any 30mm bottom bracket.
