Therefore, deposits and/or final payments for frames, forks, or complete builds are non-refundable. In the case of a warranty claim on any custom build or frames, we will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the order. If we cannot replicate the exact finish, we will offer you an alternative finish of equal value or refund you the difference in cost for the final accepted finish.

Gold Coast Bicycles specializes in providing custom-finished frames and complete BMX bikes. Each order is uniquely painted and tailored to your specifications. Due to the personalized nature of these products, deposits and final payments for frames, forks, or complete builds are non-refundable.
Warranty Claims and Resolutions
In the event of a warranty claim on any custom-built product or frame, Gold Coast Bicycles reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution. This may include repair, replacement, or a refund for the order.
Custom Finishes and Replacements
We strive to replicate the exact finish of your custom product in the case of a warranty claim. However, if we are unable to do so, we will offer you an alternative finish of equal value. If you choose to accept an alternative finish that is of lesser value, we will refund you the difference in cost.

Purchases using Affirm Payment Terms
1. Cancellation Before Funds Are Captured (Void)If a customer requests to cancel an order before the funds have been officially processed and disbursed to us (i.e., the payment is still in an “Authorized” or “Pending” status, which typically occurs within the first few hours of placing the order), we will void the transaction. In this instance, the customer will receive a full refund, and no cancellation fees will apply.
2. Cancellation After Funds Are Captured (Fee Applies)If an order cancellation request is received after the payment has been fully processed and the funds have been Captured by Gold Coast Bicycles (typically 1 to 3 business days after the order is placed), the transaction is subject to non-refundable payment processing fees. These fees are charged by the payment processor (including, but not limited to, Affirm, Stripe, or PayPal) for facilitating the original transaction, and they are not returned to the merchant when a refund is issued. To cover these non-recoverable costs, cancellations of all standard (non-custom) items that have been captured will incur a deduction. Payment Processing Fee Deduction: A fee of 10-15% of the total order value will be retained by Gold Coast Bicycles and deducted from the customer’s refund amount. This deduction ensures Gold Coast Bicycles does not incur a loss resulting from third-party non-refundable processing charges on canceled orders.
3. Custom Order Cancellation Policy:
Custom Bike Builds: Custom bike builds may be subject to a 10-15% cancellation fee (at the discretion of Gold Coast Bicycles), as outlined in the Deposits section below. Custom Frames/Finishes: Deposits placed on custom frames or items receiving a custom finish are final and will be forfeited in the event of customer cancellation.
